How is an 800 math even possible :(

It doesn't matter if I know how to do every single question or not, I ALWAYS miss 2-4 questions per test.

stupid mistakes cost me 30-90 points every time. I usually am only baffled by one question per test.

It doesn't help the the curve is unforgiving either.
-1 = 790
-2 = 760
-3 = 740

I mean really?
Come on...

Don’t stress it out. I got 800 twice on real SAT tests. The trick is to always focus and check each question twice. Don’t rely on checking after you’re done, but check each answer RIGHT after you solve it. That’s what i did and time was never a problem as i always finished with 5-7 minutes left on the clock . Just focus ;)

And sometimes the curve is REALLY terrible. I got one wrong and got a 760! You just have to be really careful and read the question very carefully and don’t get tricked. Its very easy to answer the wrong thing.

wait, you got 53/54 and got a 760??

-3 isn’t 740 lol, I wish. I got -3 this December and got 710…

When I do the math sections, I check each problem multiple times in my head after I solve them to see if it’s correct. I also had your problem, but I tried to check the hard problems by solving them multiple ways (manually with the calculator, plugging in numbers, etc) and ended up getting an 800. It’s definitely not impossible :)

yep, 53/54

The curve you listed in the original post is the aboslute best curve possible. Most of the time it is much lower. One wrong is usually a 770, two wrong a 750 or 740, etc.

So blue book curves are wrong?

Wow. I guess I’m even worse than I though.

If -3 is 710 there is no hope lol

I got -3 720… :/
