<p>What? You need to meet some new people. The majority of campus goes out on weekends - usually to either Buckhead or the Highlands. The “real” downtown is a boring place. Tech is located pretty well with quick MARTA access to both areas, plus Atlantic Station and Peachtree. </p>
<p>If there are people that “don’t have fun” or “don’t go out” at Tech, it’s because they have issues, not because of the school or the city. That type of person would be bored at any college - they expect “fun” to come knock on their door. It’s the same type of person that complains that he can’t meet women at Tech.</p>
