)Depends on the class. I'm in a 200+ chem lecture class right now. My biggest ones were history and intro to psych last year though, both were in the same big lecture hall that held 400 people (and it was almost full). My other classes are alot smaller. One is about 60 people, another is about 15. Typically english and foreign languages are the smallest classes here.

)I have only taken chem labs here, but how they work is the lab is separate from the lecture. You get different grades for each one. The labs are 3 hours, once a week (although they USUALLY don't last all 3 hours, most are 1.5 to 2 hours). The other sciences, I think the labs are included in the lecture and you get one grade with the lab counting for a significant portion (usually 25%).

)I don't study as much as I should, but I think that's about 95% of people. I did go to the library for a few hours today, though. I have 3 tests this week (profs trying to cram stuff in before spring break). I'm in class every day, but on Tuesday I only have one class at 2 and a late lab (6:30-9:20). On thursday, I only have the one class at 2. MW I have 3 classes at 9, 10, and 6 and W I have a lab from 2-5. F I just have class at 9 and 10.

4) Of course they're harder. It's college. Mainly what makes them harder though is the fact that you may only have 2 tests in the entire semester and then a comprehensive final. And those 2 tests may cover 3 or 4 chapters each. The most tests I have in any class this semester is French, I have 4 tests and a final (one for each chapter we cover, ch5 being on the final).

)Fortunately, I don't have community bathrooms. In my dorm, we have one bathroom in between two rooms. My roommate and I share our bathroom with 2 other girls. It's a normal-sized bathroom like what is in your house.

)Study, obviously. Try not to procrastinate. It sucks having to do everything at the last minute (trust me, I'm doing it right now). Keep on top of things and don't let important things like sleep and food and exercise fall to the wayside because you have to study for 12 hours straight before your final.
