<p>The industry is quite elitist. I think it is fair to say the average Ivy League grad is going to be smarter than the average non-Ivy league student. But, there are still many, and I mean many, smart people who don’t go to ivies.</p>

<p>Yes I think handsome is probably part of the fit. My D is good looking, so she has been told. But the Yale intern was also good looking.</p>
<p>I doubt if GS or Citi and the like would hire someone who is less appealing and talks like a moron.</p>
