It’s a party school I know, but are the academics good? I’ve also heard that the people in the sorority are really stuck up and rude if your not white and blond. Is that true becasue if I went I’d really want to join one.
ASU is a great place to party, largely because of great weather, polite, and good looking people everywhere. But that’s true universally in the sunny climes of the USA everyone would choose to work and live–USC, UCLA, Texas, TAMU, Colorado, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Vanderbilt. Heck, the whole Pac-12 is sexy and full of party-hearty, including phenomenal places like UW, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Oregon, Oregon State. Pretty much the most desirable places to live and work in the US. Hence a huge draw to ASU’s incredible programs. But party school is not what any of its programs are about as far as I know. WP Carey Business school, Fulton Engineering, Education, Journalism, Law–geez, man, among the very best in the world. Those are resources. Now to students. If you are a person who is driven to succeed, eager to learn how to take advantage of opportunities with world-class faculty, research, jobs…then ASU is a great place to thrive.
Can’t wait to leave
