Here are my stats:
SAT I: 2150 (V 750 M 650 W 750)
SAT II's: US Hist 640 Spanish 660 (retaking some)
ACT: 32
GPA: 3.76 (unweighted at highly competitive prep school)
Here the colleges I am interested in now:

Amherst College
Colgate University
Cornell University
Tufts University
Colorado College
Washington University in St. Louis
Emory University
Claremont Mckenna College
Oberlin College
Yale University
Brown University
Macalester College

I am thinking of applying to Cornell ED. I realize that Yale is an EXTREME reach, so if anybody has any ideas of a more realistic but still top school to apply to (like a high match to a reach) that would be great. Otherwise how is my list? What do I need more of? Which ones do you think I will get into, which ones are matches, reaches, safeties ect? any more suggestions for matches/high matches? thanks.

I know this is a bit off from the rest of my list, but I am interested in either liberal arts or a really good business school, so how about my chances at USC business school?

I would really not take that mindset when applying to colleges... Your stats are good, but are just average (maybe even below average) at the reach schools you are applying to. Take away a reach or two, add a match or two and your list will be much better and will give you room to work with if you get denied from all your reaches.

alright, does anybody have any ideas for some more match schools? (I think I would replace Yale and possibly Brown with the new match schools..would USC business be a match school?)

Might want to look at Holy Cross-similar to Colgate but HC has better location,1 hour from Boston. Holy Cross has very strong business alumni network and is SAT optional.

Some good business undergrad schools to look at would be Michigan Ann-Arbor and UVA. They're both matches for you, and both great schools with a ton of school spirit, though definitely not liberal artsy (they're big). But if you're considering USC, look at those two as well.
