Hi, I am a transfer student coming from CC. I plant to major in MCB (track 1) and minor in Nutritional science…
Here is what I plan to take:

MCB 100A (4)
PMB 150 (as elective) (3)
NST 103 (waitlist) (3)
???

The NST class is full (open seat). with a maximum of 142 seat, 82 seat are reserved for new transfer (with nutrition as major) I am on waitlist 18. Do you think I can get in the class?

I need one / two more classes to reach 13 units, what classes should I take?

100A is a prereq for both of those classes.

Anyway I would take something to fulfill your AC requirement because 2 upper division science classes is enough for your first semester. Trust me, you’ll be glad when finals rolls around and you have plenty of time to prepare for the 100A final.

Thanks for the advice… but now I kind of wanting to go to the cell emphasis because there is more option in taking classes (I still like biochem )

Here is my plan…
mcb 102
nst 10
nst 103 (waitlist)
pmb 150 (or some other elective…)

I fulfilled the AC requirement already in my cc
