How is my senior schedule?

I've got:

AP Lang
AP US History
AP Government
AP Art History
French 6 (the equivalent of AP French at my high school)
Challenge Seminar (Honors -- required if you want to graduate with an Honors diploma and is highly recommended)
Pre-Calc (can't reach AP Calc)
Independent Journalism

I'm planning on applying to top schools like UPenn, Stanford, the UCs, Michigan, and Chicago, and I was wondering if this schedule is adequate? I'm planning on an Econ or Business major.

I've already taken AP Biology and am currently taking AP Psychology. Next year, my school will be offering 11 AP classes total (not counting classes like French 6 and Challenge Sem. which I don't know will be recognized as equivalents by top schools).

Should I substitute AP Art History for AP Physics?

****Feedback would be appreciated

Personally I think it depends whether you want to enhance your art knwoledge or your science knowledge. What other honors or AP classes have you taken so far?

Well, I have show an emphasis in my transcript with English, Social Studies, and Art classes. But I want to go into Econ./Business, so I'm not sure I should be taking AP Art History.

if you want to apply to any of the UCs you have to take a legit Art class...
