OK so i got my financial aid award letter which gives me a net cost of X amount per year which includes housing.

Now how come when im looking at the UCLA housing site, its costing me 13K per year which is more than the net cost itself??

what does this mean?
am i paying 13K, XK, or both combined!!!??

thanks guys....

Because your financial aid was larger than your tuition?

The housing cost is included in your estimated financial aid package.

@bobslove If that wasn’t clear enough, your housing costs are a nominal sum which is part of the “Cost of Attendance” line in your finaid package. If your total aid is more than your billed fees, then after finaid posts on October 1 you’ll get a refund.

you got your efan already?? incoming freshman?
