How is NYU's Core Program in London?

Hello, I am an aussie who got offered to take a Core Program (two years course) in London, and wanted to know how it’s actually like to stay in London as a NYU freshman. My questions are:

  1. What is the proportion of NYU freshmen in London? (I supposed that the accommodation would be used by the freshmen and juniors who chose London as their study abroad country.) I wanted to know if the majority of the freshmen in London are actually focused on their academics. My dad told me that he has been around there twice, and said that it was surrounded by cafes, restaurants and others places to chill. I wanted to know if there were any distractions.
  2. How many students enrol in London as a freshman? I wanted to know the size/scale of the program.

I am asking these two questions to know if the overall atmosphere there is distracting or helpful for the freshmen to get grades C or above. Because the NYU freshmen automatically transfer to NYU in NYC in their sophomore year (as long as they get enough credits), but I am not sure what will happen if I don’t get enough credits.

If you are currently enrolled as a NYU freshman in London, or have done the program in your first year, please give me some advices or helpful answers to my questions.

Thank you very much!!

You got in through regular decision? Doesn’t it come out after 4.1?

no it was early II  do u goto NYU? or have applied for it?
