How is Penn SEAS?

<p>I’m getting a mixed sense of its reputability and status.</p>

<p>For someone who’s interested in chemical engineering, is SEAS a good option? How does SEAS compare to other engineering schools (Columbia SEAS, Cornell, UMich, UIUC)?</p>

<p>Looks like SEAS has a small number of students, so I imagine the community is a lot more close-knit and friendly?</p>

<p>oh i just got into seas and im doing chemical engineering too....from what i hear its not as good as cornell's and around the same as columbia's, actualy columbia's may be a bit better but it was just too close to home....idk if that helps sorry</p>
