How is the Arts Administration program at Indiana University ?

Recently I've been looking at Indiana University. I would like to major in something related to music business a/o music production and technology. For the music business aspect, I found an alternative in their Arts Administration program. Can anyone give me any information or review regarding their Arts Administration program?

I believe the AA is a minor only, and i was told it is popular with students in Jacobs and Theatre and Drama. The undergraduate major is the BS in Arts Management, in SPEA…School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Excellent cross disciplinary program, with courses in music industry, arts and the law, etc. There is a lot of information on the SPEA site. Internships are required, and we know that one student interned with a record label on Taylor Swifts last album. DD will be in the BSAM with a core in dance. She is an incoming freshman, but our impression is that it is an excellent program that allows you to take various paths within it…policy, management, law, programming, marketing, etc. it is also fairly unique at the undergrad level. Other major plus is the access to outstanding music and arts at IU. We found the staff at SPEA to be very helpful and responsive to emails, so definitely reach out to them.

Thank You will do
