I haven't taken AP bio yet but i have taken and finished AP Environmental Science and Honors bio
Would taking the ecology portion of bio subject test be hard without ap bio knowledge?

I think AP Bio knowledge would help but probably not significantly (for the ecology section) if you have taken Honors Bio and AP Enviro. Make sure you use some study aids and take a good number of practice tests so that you know how the questions are like. The test itself can be unpredictable - scan the October 2010 Biology E/M thread, and you’ll see just how many people thought the E section was nearly impossible.

I took the Biology E Exam in June 2010 after only completing Honors Biology, and no AP Environmental and got a 710. I thought the ecology part of the exam was easier than the regular part, but I also prepped with Barron’s and PR.

Wow, kk0494 and I had the exact same situation and scores in June 2010!
