How is the difficulty of USC premed classes for a regular bio major?

I’m looking to apply to USC as an incoming freshman and I was wondering how the rigor of the school is for regular bio majors/premed courses. I went to an extremely competitive/cutthroat public high school in Southern California where students literally get accepted to every single Ivy League, UC, etc. so I was wondering if this experience would help me with the competitive factors of USC premed as well. My main goal is to get into a U.S. medical schoo, preferrably a very sought-after medcial school in California. I just don’t want to have an extremely low curve that can potentially ruin or make a dent in my future career as a premed student. Thanks!
