How is the Penn State Graphic Design program?

<p>I was researching colleges that had a graphic design program and I found out Penn State had one. Does anyone know how reputable the program is? And is it a competitive program to get into? I looked at the portfolio requirements and I have some good ideas of what to create. Any information on the program or graphic design in general would help greatly! </p>
