I tried to pick a variety of different sizes so I can visit and decide what size suits me best. Financial aid is a big consideration which is why I didn't apply to more schools of a higher academic caliber, not that these are bad schools.. I won't stand out at a school like Notre Dame for merit based aid, and I'm scared I won't qualify for much need based so I only picked Notre Dame.

For an English/theatre double major:
Big school - Indiana University
Medium - University of Notre Dame, Ithaca
Small - Denison, Illinois Wesleyan, Valparaiso

Anything I've really missed? Definitely not interested in any more small schools but I'd be willing to look at another medium/big school if I've missed some that I really should consider. I'd like to find a school similar to Ithaca in size/academics only closer, like in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, or Illinois.

Also, can anyone comment on the theatre at these schools? Especially Ithaca's BA in Theatre (can't double major with the BFA) and the theatre at Denison, Illinois Wesleyan, and Valpo?

thanks :)
