How is UCSB's Film Program?

I'm interested in Directing, screenwriting, editing, and cinematography. I have been accepted to UCI's school as a film major as well, but I hear their school offers mainly film theory courses. This is mainly to those who are majoring in film at UCSB, I was wondering what UCSB's film program has to offer. I know "college is what you make of it" and there'll be comments of "film and media studies major is difficult to get a job in," but please don't post any of that. And if I'm wrong about UCI, tell me how UCSB stacks up against it.
Thanks!

I don’t know details, but I’ve heard we have a really strong program. Being a student here, I constantly see flyers/emails about film screenings and related lectures. Michael Douglas is a UCSB alumn and has donated over a million dollars to the campus, most of it to fund the arts.

We also have a small independent movie theater is Isla Vista, which offers $4 movies on the weekends. Every Tuesday, there are free movies too.
