I am planning to get an associates degree from a college in Texas and then I am planning to transfer to the University of Austin to get my Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. (or maybe I will go to University of Houston to get my bachelors)
After that, I am planning to go to University of Michigan, Ann arbor or Michigan State University to earn my graduate degree in Pharmacy. Does anyone have any idea how much it will cost?
Also, I am on a dependent visa I-98 right now (or something like that). I am hoping to get my green card in next five years probably before I move to Michigan. So, I can get a job and probably pay for my college tutions somehow.
What would you recommend?

I’m not sure if MSU even has a pharmacy program

You can find the current costs, as well as the requirements, for every accredited pharmacy school in the country on aacp.org - look under the Student tab. I would advise not getting your heart set on a single school at this point - especially not a wildly competitive OOS public one! There is little, if any, funding other than loans and a few very competitive scholarships for PharmD programs. You can find much more advice and discussion on the pre-pharmacy forum at Student Doctor Network.

sounds good to me, just make sure the schools have the programs you’re looking for.
