well? an hour maybe 2?

less than a hour

It depends on the interviewer and your ability to successfully continue a conversation.

My Chicago interview was 2 hours. My Cornell interview was 45~50 minutes. My Harvard interview was 40 minutes. My Princeton interview was 20 minutes. (He was a lawyer so he emphasized efficiency LOL.)

The Chicago interview was, undoubtedly, the best.

^, did your Pton interviewer charge you for his time (500 bucks/hr)? lol

My Cornell interview lasted a little over 40 minutes.

my interviewer told me it would be about 15-20 minutes, but we ended up talking for almost an hour.

My Interview was 20 minutes. It was horrible. All my other ones were at least an hour if not more because the interviewers would actually talk and converse with me. The Cornell one was just around 15 questions and she wouldn't respond to anything or discuss, she just asked one after another. It was quite awkward and uncomfortable.

around 40 minutes for me too

Well over an hour. Come prepared for ANYTHING. Everything on your application/resume is fair game.

^^ Actually, the Alums interviewing candidates do not have access to your application..the only info we get from Cornell is your name, address, high school, what college you are applying to, your self-declared ethnicity and whether you are CUAA sports, legacy or faculty child. So, bring questions, talk about what your want out of Cornell and why its a great fit etc...

My Cornell interview was 45 minutes, even though mine was held at a massive convention of applicants, and we were told that they would be no longer than 30 minutes.

Mine was a bit over 2 hours. I had no idea my interview and I had talked for so long until I looked at a clock. Anyways, it was definately a fun experience.

3 Hours. Made sure the interviewer stayed interested. Have fun.

my cornell one went over 2 hours it was amazing
