how long before I should worry?

I auditioned to the Schulich school at McGill at the end of February, but as of now their online application tracker still says that my application is incomplete pending auditions. Is this something to be concerned about?

Call first thing in the morning.

I auditioned there too. Did you audition for undergraduate or graduate? And for the instrument you play/sing, are there still auditions for that specific instrument scheduled?

Minerva said mine was incomplete pending auditions for a few weeks after mine (which was the beginning of Feb), up until all the auditions for my instrument were complete.

My d also auditioned at Schulich, in late February, and her Minerva tracker also shows as incomplete pending auditions.

They also told us that they do not update the database with any regularity and not to depend on it.

Thanks everyone!
I called during business hours yesterday and left a voicemail. I am an undergrad trumpet performance major and they held all the auditions on the same day.

A couple of years ago, McGill/Minerva were very slow in updating the website, and be patient: they wee also the last notification we received!

If it makes you feel better, I’ve heard lots of feedback from the music school, but am now waiting painfully for the graduate school to hopefully accept me.

good luck, tothefore!
The music admissions office called me back today, they said that they probably wouldn’t bother to update my application status until after audition results were released in early March and it isn’t a problem.

SJTH, did you find out through Minerva? or an email from the music department?

I want to say Minerva…

Hi allialli - My name is Michelle Hugill and I’m the Recruitment Officer at the Schulich School of Music.

In answer to your question, your Minerva application status will be updated as complete once the audition results are processed.
You should receive notification about your admission to Schulich by the end of March/beginning of April.

Best of luck!

SchulichatMcGill, welcome. Just a heads up for a newbie, but you may want to take a read through [College Confidential - FAQ](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/faq.php), and note the specifics required for representing yourself as an institutional official. For the record, I’m not a moderator or administrator, just a longtime poster pointing to info you may not be aware of.
