It took me about 30 minutes to put them in at first but now it makes less than 20 seconds. I think it was more psychological at first but you get used to it in a week.

hello_motto,

For mine I call the eye doctor’s, she asks me a few specifics (including how many months-worth contacts I want), and I go pick them up there. Last time they gave me tons of solution bottles too.

I was used to it by the end if the day, and it’s so crazy when you think about how you really can’t feel them at all, haha
You order them from your eye doctor, or I guess you could always do that 1-800 contacts thing but that stuff’s up to you.

All you have to do to remove rigid contacts is take your pointer finger, open your eyes little wide and put that finger at the corner of your eye and drag the skin as if you’re trying to make your eye look slanted. The contact lens will pop right out. I’ve been dong this for 9 years and it takes less than 3 seconds for me to remove each lens.

I order mine online at 1800contacts.com
You give them your doctor’s information and they verify your prescription. Any contacts that are prescribed (not cosmetic) require verification of a prescription if not purchased directly from the doctor.
