I sent 4506t form to them. It was there on March 16, 2017. It’s been almost 3 weeks, but I haven’t got anything yet. Does anybody know how long it usually takes? Are there other ways to get it faster?

You can get it from an IRS office. Wait times will depend on the office.

Yes, walking into an office and delivering the form. They should be able to process it while you wait. It is April, and they are busy.
