<p>I was late applying (within a month of deadline) to two schools. Both said they were still accepting applications but that I could not rely on the standard response date guaranteed to applicants who applied by the deadline. One school sent an email that I would probably hear something in about a month, although they may have meant a month after receiving all my required paperwork. It has been two months now and I haven't heard from either school. Is this cause for alarm or is it supposed to take this long? Or is it a good sign because definite "no" applicants get informed quickly and this means I am considered worthy of consideration?</p>
<p>I have no clue, maybe contact them? I emailed colleges whenever I felt they took a while to make a decision lol, but it worked nonetheless and I got my answer in like 2 weeks. Try it!</p>
