I know it describes on ACT's website, but I find that explanation a little amibiguos. I have a few December 1st/early December deadlines and want to send my October scores. I'm sending them today. There's an option for a rushed delivery, do I need to pay that extra $5 or will three weeks be enough time?

If you send regular delivery today you should be fine for two reasons. ACT will likely send the scores within a week and tgwo at the most. Also, colleges that have Dec 1application deadlines accept scores that arrive after the app deadline.

My counselor told me today that scores (ACT/SAT) don’t need to be AT the school by the admissions deadline, you just have to order the scores sent to that college before the deadline. Colleges understand that YOU don’t physically send your scores or know when they’ll arrive.
