<p>I've had 2 1/2 interviews now. one of them 1 by 1, the other on the phone and the 1/2 was pretty much a questionnaire. For all of these interviews, I stumbled some about what I was going to say. And these interviews never turned out to last a long time (45 minutes?). I don't think I left out anything important... so why were my interviews so short? Is figuring out what you're going to say beforehand the ultimate key to having a good interview? because everything I said in my interview were stuff that I thought about before the interview.</p>
