How long is too long for an essay?

<p>Well, it says about one page long. Well, a page and a half is about one page. Two pages, however, is not about one page. It’s about two pages. So I’d say anything over two pages.</p>

<p>At least the directions in your application told you exactly what to do…one page! The common app says “minimum 250 words.” Hopefully my page and a half is not too long. In all seriousness Georgetown1, I doubt the adcoms will split hairs for your 1.25 pages…</p>
