holy crap i thought 7 hours was bad.. but 8! that's crazyyyy. when i was in ny, it was 6 hours every day. now it's only 6 hours on wednesdays... 7:25 to 2:30 on every other day.

7:30/7:45-3:20 school lasts way too long
By the time I have AP Chem for 1 1/2 hr. I just feel like sleeping. Thankfully we're starting a lab pod tomorrow and get to do something worthwhile :)

7:40 - 2:36

7:30 - 2:35

Hahah my school wins.

Monday-Wednesday: 0745-1450 (7 classes)
Thursdays: 0900-1450 (3 classes)
Fridays: 0745-1420 (4 classes)

8:30 - 5:00

It's sooo longgggg.
I have 11 classes.

7:20-2:05 with 3 minute passing time and 30 minute lunch

We have block schedule - periods 1, 3, 5, 7 on one day and 2, 4, 6, 8 the next, and you rotate.

Period 4, however, is kinda like "activity period." For students that are failing a class, they are mandated to go to the class that they are failing. For the rest, they can go to the library, cafeteria, auditorium, or any teacher's room to work or tutor.

Students can stay after school on any day but 2nd round of buses come only on Mondays and Thursdays.

Technically, school is from 7:30 - 3:30. But I wake up at 5:45 to drive in, I help teach fencing on Tuesdays and Thursdays, have violin on Monday, and I have fencing practice from 6:30 - 8:30 every night. Then I drive home. This means my average day goes from 5:45 to 9:00.
I can't wait for summer!

8:00 - 2:40

7:20-2:10, 7 periods, 6 classes, 7 minutes between each. Boring.

8:00-3:05, 6 classes a day

we have 7 classes, every wednesday a 30 minute homeroom or club schedule

30 minute lunch (no off school lunch)

5 mins between classes

everyone gets here at the same time every day, seniors leave around 2.5 hours early every day

whoa you all have some crazy sounding schedules. i have the same thing every day.
8:00-2:41
8 periods that last 44 minutes, 3 minutes between each period, and 30 minute lunch.

^ I couldn't do that. Lunch is way too short for me (how do you get off campus and back in time?!). And I feel like if I had 44 minute classes I would never learn anything because too much time would be spent getting ready and packing up. Not to mention the day is 19 minutes shorter in general. Personal preference I guess. That's how it was in middle school.

haha i should have mentioned that we live in a town w/ no stoplights, let alone places that would be worth driving to to eat lunch.

and i do wish that some of our classes were longer, but then others i guarantee i would go crazy dealing w/ some of my teachers for any longer than that.

Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:30 -2:15 (with a break from 9:45 - 11:30)
Tuesdays and Fridays: 1:00 - 3:45
Thursday: 1:00 - 2:15

7 am - 3:25 pm
8 hours and 25 minutes. bleh.

Classes from 7:45am-3:00pm
Clubs/Independent gym from 3:00pm-5:30pm

6:45 am-4 pm for school. I wake up at 5:00 am to practice Honor Band and All-State music, and to finish any homework/Model UN/Mock Trial I didn't get done the night before. Tutoring is 4-5 pm, Soccer is 5:30-7 pm, then I work 7:30 pm-close (10-10:30 pm) at a local restaurant on school nights. Saturdays consist of 3 hour soccer practices, Municipal Band, and work. =/ I get to bed ~1-1:30 am each morning.

7:45 to 3:06 every day, with 8 classes.

It seems to work well - but classes are to short to do any worthwhile labs!
