<p>If you like it, stay. If you have an offer from a business you would prefer, do that.</p>
<p>As long as you feel satisfied and are making good money then you should stay.</p>
<p>Now if you don’t enjoy the work and you’re using public accounting as a career starter then you should ideally stay 2-3 years.</p>
