<p>I received my UMID through email notice 4/4 yesterday (11/21).
Assuming I am a joe-average, OOS applicant, how long will it take before the decision comes out? I know it's a pretty stupid question cus no one knows for sure except for the admission folks. But I just want to get an idea of what to expect at least...</p>
