How long should the supplement personal statement be?

<p>I was not aware that the personal statement should be an essay. I wrote a paragraph, about 200 words.. now im worried :(</p>

<p>I have a question. I’m applying to Bryn Mawr, and on their application requirements they want the commonapp AND a personal statement. Shouldn’t the commonapp essay be sufficient? They have a supplement also, which basically asks what makes you so special. Should I send them a pesonal statement on top of all of this? Thanks :)</p>
