How long till decisions? (and chances!)

Greetings!!

So, pretty much, this was a very abrupt decision to apply to Tulane. I just applied this morning before school (imagine that,) due to the fact that my cousin went there, and I'm also desperate for more schools (don't ask why!) At any rate, just wondering when decisions come out, AND...wondering if it was even worth it to apply? (chance wise.)

basic info: I applied as a musical perf. major:

Here are my stats :

9th grade: gpa = 3.64(uw)/3.876(w) Rank = 88/290 (w)
10th grade: gpa=3.793(uw)/3.999(w) Rank = 55/317(w) and 44/317 (uw)
11th grade: gpa=3.80(uw)/4.059(W) Rank = 41/317 (w) and 34/317 (uw)
12th grade: (mid-year report...not pretty)
gpa = 3.783(uw)/4.089(W) Rank = 49/317 (w) and 44/317 (uw)

Thank you so much!

comme on, i know someone wants to write!

mine was about the same (your rank is slightly higher, and my ACT score is a 30 instead) and i got in. HAH, my senior mid-year not pretty either.
i don't know why ... but i think that it might be easier to get in this year ?!??! they practically had the app. already filled out for me and waived the $45 fee.

It's not easier..they're just recruiting a lot more heavily.

it seems like they're giving away A LOT of scholarships, so that is nice.

your GPA is fine. test scores are low, though, but you should still make I think; they may cost you any kind of scholarship, though

Jeremybeach--I have about the same stats as you and I was accepted, ur gpa is higher but my SAT score was the same. I would say u probably wont get a scholarship because of the SAT scores cuz I didnt. But u never know :)
