How long until I get admitted

<p>Ok, so I am applying to the university of Texas austin. They have top 7% auto accept rate and I'm in the 3%. Everything has been processed by ut except for my sat scores which I Haven't sent in. Will I get admitted before I send in my sat? Or does my entire app have to be complete before they will even look me?</p>
