How long until I hear back from Pitt?

My Pitt application was just received today and I'm really excited because Pitt is my top choice so I was wondering if anyone knew how long I should expect to wait until I should hear back from them.
I know some people say it depends on how qualified you are so I have a GPA of 3.85 and ACT of 30. I am a dedicated member to several clubs and hold a leadership position in most of them. I have received several awards and honors including my Girl Scout Gold Award. Do you think my chances of getting in are ok?

Thanks!

I think you’ve got some pretty solid stats, yep!

My friend with stats just below yours was accepted like 3 days ago I think he sent in his app a couple of weeks ago

Thank you!! :)

I applied on September 21st, the school got my official transcript October 9th. It’s October 29th and I still have not heard back. Hopefully I’ll hear back soon?
My stats are: 2150 SAT, 32 ACT, 3.8 weighted GPA.

last year i applied at the end of october and i got my acceptance before thanksgiving, so it is pretty fast.

Btw I got my acceptance letter yesterday (October 31st). The letter was date October 26th, so it took some time for me to actually receive the letter. Just letting you know :)

Congrats, tiahope!

I called admissions today and they said my application has been reviewed and a decision has been mailed to me. Anyone know how long it takes to get the letter?

Depends on where you live. I’d say snail-mail could take anywhere from a few days up to about a week.

I applied the first week of August got my transcript and scores in the week of September and heard back October 12.

Acceptance letter was dated 11/10 and I got it today.

my son got accepted today
letter went out on 11/11 and he got it today
