Hello, I am a high school senior. I applied to the University of Cincinnati (Aerospace Engineering, 1900 SAT, 3.8 G.P.A., Extra-curriculars and fluent in another language.), early action, the deadline is December first but I submitted my application a month earlier, October 29th. I looked on the website and I could not find a decision date. Please help me I am really anxious. Thank you.
Son applied 11/11 to Engineering (undecided) 34 ACT, 3.96 GPA, tons of AP’s and hasn’t heard anything either. He was accepted to College of Engineering at OSU, Purdue, and Miami. I think UC must be way behind. I think they got more early action apps than in the past. I wouldn’t worry too much. They took forever to even show his transcripts in his file, even though they were sent before he submitted his application.
@jandhmom Hello, I was accepted into Aerospace Engineering around three days ago. I think your son will hear soon! Good luck! Waiting for scholarship information now!
Congrats and good luck with scholarships!
@jandhmom – I think he will hear soon too. His stats are very similar to my son (who was waiting a year ago to hear the same thing) and he did rather well overall. Cincinnatus scholarship information came much later, as did the offer for the Honors program. At first he was reticent about the honor’s program, but now that he’s been in it, I think he sees the benefit. Also – I admire your son’s choice of “undecided”, because for some it is way too soon to be committing, and honestly it will work out just fine as he decides what to do. I am an EE grad from back in the Dark Ages (80s).
