I think you’re misunderstanding what the college meant. When they say that you’re considered a transfer if you have x number of credits that’s for financial aid, not admissions. You still have to submit all your transcripts, but you’re eligible for whatever freshmen grants they offer. Send them your transcripts and submit the financial aid forms. If you qualify for enough aid, which you won’t know until you get your financial aid package, you can attend. If not, take some classes at a cc until you’ve met the Satisfactory Academic Progress guidelines.
