How long would a 2nd major in EE take?

I'm applying as a transfer applicant for a 2nd bachelor's in EE in fall 2012, after previously majoring in econ and math. Does anyone have any estimates for how long it would take me to fulfill all the degree requirements?

Assuming I won't have to take any math/science prereqs:

Are there any other requirements that I'd have to fulfill? How flexible is are they with engineering course sequences? I was hoping that I'd be able to finish the degree in 2-2.5 years, but if anyone has any input how realistic that goal is that would be really helpful. Thanks!

This is a suggested curriculum that incorporates all the required courses. The thing about EE is that there aren’t a ton of prereq or free classes. I’m sure you could do it in 3 years, but 2 years? It really depends what courses you have already fulfilled with your previous major.

3-4 years
The classes are all in sequences…
