<p>I don’t understand how a full Pell student living in another country can afford to fly to the US/Calif? I would think that airfare alone would be about $1000. Typically a full Pell kid can’t even afford a camping trip to a nat’l park.</p>
<p>I have earned miles on the airline and this one is free. its $909 to be exact but i get one trip free of charge. FAFSA determined I’m eligible so I am.
I contacted SBCC and the agent told me i can use AB540 cuz i went to high school in california and earned a high school diploma equivalent, however, if i apply for AB540 there’ll be no more federal aids.
