How many ACT and SAT scores should I list?

My major concern right now is if I should post all my previous scores to show how much I have improved or should I just stick to my best scores?

Some schools require you to list all scores so it doesn’t matter in that case.

However, if you have the choice, I’d recommend submitting only your best score and/or superscoring your best score.

It would be safe to list them all. Some schools require it, and if they superscore then they’ll take your best scores into account anyway. Some schools require that you list all sittings for only one of the tests… For example, if your ACT is much better than the two times you took the SAT (aka me) then you won’t have to list the SAT at all, just all of your sittings of the ACT. Check the university’s websites to be sure, though! Good luck!
