How many AP classes should you take?

Reviving an old thread here, but I’d say as many as you believe you can handle. If you, for example, play lot’s of sports and work a job, I wouldn’t recommend a lot. It’s really just personally how many you believe you’re capable of. My school offers 13 AP classes and I have a lot free time on my hands. I’m planning to take them all with the exception of AP Art, AP Music Theory (these two just don’t interest me), and AP Human Geography because most colleges won’t take the scores.

@Swade1234‌ - LOL, I started this thread when I was in high school, I’m now in college. I ended up getting into all of the schools I applied to (except Harvard lol) and my current school accepted all of my AP scores (I think I took 7 or 8 exams) and it was 30 credits total (a year’s/two semesters worth) - so clearly I took “enough” or whatever stupid answer I was looking for back when I asked this haha.

That’s good, good to see everything going well. Good luck! @preamble1776
