How many APs are offered at your school?

hmm...aps at my school?
math

so like 7

uhhh.....like 12 i think
AP Eng Lang
AP Eng Lit
AP Italian
AP Spanish
AP Calc AB
AP Pyschology
AP US History
AP World History
AP US Goverment
AP Studio Art

AP Spanish Lang
AP French Lang
AP Latin
AP Japanese(next year)
AP Calc AB
AP Calc BC
AP Statistics
AP Government
AP US History
AP Psych

So technically 15 but including physics B sixteen. And the school accomodates for any test that you might want to take. For example, my friend wanted to take AP Art History at school on extended time, kind painful for one student but they did it.

um, none

AP ENGLISH LANGUAGE
AP ENGLISH LITERATURE
AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY
AP WORLD HISTORY
AP U.S. HISTORY
AP U.S. GOVERNMENT
AP COMPARATIVE GOVERNMENT
AP CALCULUS AB

We have 8:

AP Bio
AP Stat
AP Calc -- I don't know which one.
AP Physics
AP Chem
AP Lit & Comp
AP Euro History
AP US History

It's shocking to me that some of you have 15. Even 10 is surprising to me.

My school's new (my class will be the first graduating class), so right now, they only offer about 5 AP's .. which sucks!

people took them in 29 different ones this year

i think mine only has like 10.

AP English Lang-1 class
AP English Lit-1 class
AP Spanish Lang/AP Spanish Lit (alternates every year)-1 class
AP Biology-1 class
AP World History-1 class
AP US History-2 classes
AP US Govt-4 classes
AP Macroeconomics-3 classes
AP Studio Art -1 class
AP Calculus AB-1 class
AP Calculus BC-1 class
AP Psychology -1 class

Offered Next Year:
AP European History
AP Statistics

Zero!

I beat you all (except Martha and Theatreworm, and anyone I may have missed)

14 APs i believe
AP French lang
AP Spanish lang
AP Spanish lit
AP US History
AP Gov
AP Psychology
AP Studio Art
AP Art History
AP English
AP Calculus
AP Bio
AP Chem
AP Physics B
AP Physics C

We have very few. And they are just beggining to offer others next year:

-AP US History
-AP English Language
-AP English Literature
-AP Calc BC
-AP Statistics
-AP Environmental
-AP Spanish

Our school offers 5:
ap chem
ap lit
ap calc
ap us history
and ap gov't

This leaves much to be desired in regards to challenging classes!! I am definitely envious of all of you who have so many to choose from!! (I'm a nerd I know.) We also have to fight to keep the administrators from eliminating the few ap classes we have.

19ish (depends on teachers and the number of people who sign up. Classes with an asterisk have a double/lab period.)

AP English Language (for 11th graders)
AP English Lit (for 12th graders)
AP Spanish*
AP French*
AP Latin
AP Calc AB
AP Calc BC*
AP Statistics
AP Music Theory
AP Bio*
AP Chem*
AP Enviro*
AP Physics B*
AP World History
AP European History
AP American History
AP US Gov and Politics
AP Human Geography
AP Studio Art

I'm finally appreciating all the options I have at my school. Now it really seems like a waste that freshmen aren't allowed to take APs, and sophomores can only take World or Euro.

with asterisk depends on the number of students that sign up and if there is a teacher willing to teach the class

ap art history*
ap biology
ap chemistry
ap calculus ab
ap calculus bc
ap computer science a*
ap english language
ap english literature
ap european history
ap french language*
ap us government
ap physics b
ap spanish language*
ap spanish literature*
ap statistics
ap us history
ap world history

so 17

Calc AB (excellent)
English Lit (good)
U.S. Gov (alright)
Economics (not great)
Biology (not great)
Chemistry (really bad)
Physics C (new this year, can't imagine it's much good considering my physics I class with the same teacher)
Computer Science (new this year, same as above but for programming and a different teacher)

There are five APs in mine, which is sad for a Catholic school. And because my school has really short class periods, they make AP classes double periods, so it isn't even possible to take more than two AP classes in one year. :( So, by the time I graduate, I will only have taken three. And one is AP Spanish, and I don't take Spanish, I take French, which they don't offer AP for.

My school is really just fhfytsdtysdys.

Lots and lots.

I think my school offers about 20, maybe 22 or 23. However, they drop classes if not enough people sign up for them. And AP Music Theory is only offered every other year.
