meh, your grades are basically how much effort you put into your work. I am too lazy to be bothered to do a bunch of busy work, but I always do good on tests since I know the material. Too bad homework is always weighted more than tests...

Well, my school offers ONE AP- APUSH.
And no, we don't weight. So, they count toward a 4.0 GPa, instead of adding to one or whatever. I still don't get the weighted GPA thingy but I can say with some authority that we don't weight anything.

If there's only one class that would be weighted, there's no reason for your school to use weighting. But most schools have more classes available, so there's actually a reason to weight it. Why would you hate other schools for doing that?

I didn't mean literal hate. I mean that at first, I would look at a 5.0 GPA and be like WHOA! Amazing, right?
but at my school, it's not even a possibility. I hate my school, more than others for this.

^LOL since you probably were lying about your bad grades in the first place....

Yes, tell me why I was lying about my grades again? Grades? You've gravely insulted myself, Zeus, and law #31 of the internetz by such a statement.

I have 3 A-'s, though, that I raised at the last minute.

I just rechecked my grades, and lo and behold, it's back down to a 2.8...

6 A's (Time to Speak, French AA, English AP, Human Geography AP, Art History AP, Chamber Orchestra)

1 B (Calculus AP BC)

It's the same for almost every grading period and averages out to the exact same GPA. Which is a 3.76 something unweighted and a 5.5 (overall) unweighted on a 6.0 scale.
