How many breaks are there supposed to be for the SAT?

<p>Every time I take it, the breaks are different. There are usually three. But they alternate between the sections.
Usually it's:</p>

<p>sec 1
sec 2
sec 3
sec 4
BREAK (5 Min)
sec 5
sec 6
sec 7
BREAK (5 Min)
sec 8
sec 9
BREAK (5 Min)
sec 10. </p>

<p>sometimes the second one is after section six btw.</p>

<p>Is this how they are supposed to be?</p>

<p>it's supposed to be two five minute breaks and one one minute break during which you have to stay in the room.
I think I usually have had five minute breaks after section 2, and 7, and the one minute after section 5.
(I'm not totally sure about the sections, but I know it goes 5, 1, 5)</p>

<p>That one certainly sounds better. short breaks that are more frequent are better than long ones that are far apart like they do in my school.
Too bad I can't get them to do it the other way :rolleyes:</p>
