4 classes a quarter, with the option of splitting 1 of these classes into smaller half-classes.

Each AP (except for Gov’t/Econ) are two quarters long, so you can have a maximum of 8 standard APs… There’s flexibility if you want to throw in electives or smaller classes in of course.

Up to 7 classes and then a lunch which I have sacrificed for orchestra previous years. Periods are 45-53 min and all classes are a full year except health (which is taken online), gym, speech, and like 3 others. IB and AP are offered.

@ThatPurpleKoala I had to go to mass twice a week at school from 1st to 8th grade, and once in Kindergarten xD Every Tuesday was “all school mass” and we fit 600 kids inside the church, but it wasn’t crammed at all. Then, seventh and eighth grade had mass on Mondays, 5th and 6th had it on Wednesdays, and so on. I’m so glad I’m going to a public high school now, because of no mass and not having to take a religion class. And the nearest Catholic high school is about half an hour and I can barely get up early enough to go to a school less than five minutes away.

I have block scheduling at my school. That means four classes a semester, every day for the semester(18 weeks). We switch classes for the next semester, which is usually four completely new classes, unless you’re in an AP class. You CAN take ALL AP classes in a year, but you can only take five or six maximum during High School at mine. They offer 10, but you can’t take them all.
