<p>unlocked is right. And if you want to apply to either Oxford or Cambridge, get working on it now. Applications are due Oct 15 and that includes a printed form which must be RECEIVED by the deadline. You must also sit various exams which will take some arranging.</p>

<p>I’ve applied to Purdue-WL and Carthage. And I will be applying to Western Michigan and Trine as well. Purdue’s my number one choice. :]</p>
