<p>About 70. eh</p>
<p>It's amazing that adcoms even glance at community service hours.</p>
<p>I put down "1000+ hours" of community service on my apps last year. </p>
<p>:)</p>
<p>^ Poisonous, same here. I would love to be able to say I was a part of Obama's campaign, regardless of if he wins or loses (but he's going to win). I'll let you know if I get any emails or anything!</p>
<p>About 20. I'm only a rising sophomore though.</p>

<li>Pretty pathetic.</li>

<p>^Way to revive a four year old thread.</p>
<p>OT: I have 0 hours. They aren’t required for high school graduation so I don’t do it. It didn’t hurt me at all for college admissions.</p>
<p>None :(</p>
This is going to sound absurd, but I have accumulated over 4000 community service hours since my freshman year. I’ve worked non-stop with women in distress since 2013
@millern901 Yes it’s absurd. I work 4000 hours in my career in four years. You’d be brushed aside out of hand – and that’s not what you want to have happen. I’m sure your calculations probably include overnights or months at some center. Don’t embellish your resume into the garbage can. Ask an adult to give you some context, please.
