How many community service hours does UC expect for freshman applicants to have?!

I only have about 93 hours of community service right now. However, I am planning to do more later on the year before I turn in my high school transcript. I want to get at least 150 hours of community service. But, I don't have much time left except the weekends...I have too much homework and AP classes..etc. Let's say I will only have 93 hours by the end of senior year, is that enough for UC's? Or do I need way more hours?

Its not how many service hours. Its how you got the service hours. They aren't looking for someone who volunteered for 2 hours at the homeless shelter, 10 hours for habitat for humanity, and 3 hours at a food bank. They are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. For example, if you had an interest in law, you might want to volunteer at the legal aid society.

As far as the amount of hours, I would say 150 hours atleast would be ideal.
