How many credit hours can I have and still apply for Freshman admissions?

I'll be a dually enrolled student next year, and I may have up to 33 Credit hours, many non-transferable (as a part time student). How many can I earn and be eligible for top college's Freshman undergraduate programs?

Check each college’s rules. At many colleges, you can apply for freshman admission with an unlimited amount of previous college-level study, as long as you haven’t graduated from high school and haven’t formally enrolled (matriculated) in an undergraduate degree program. But, really, check the rules of each college you are interested in.

I’ve not been able to find that information on the websites. I e-mailed Harvard though…
