How many credits do you guys need to graduate??

We need only 21 credits and we MUST complete all 4 years of high school (which means no graduating early :().

You need 22 credits, and you can graduate early.

Our class only needs 24 credits to graduate. And you can graduate early if you have them all, but it's hard to do because you have to fill strange requirements. Like a "career" credit. And a bunch of other dumb things like that that are really just electives

Starting with the class of 2007 though, you need to have 26 credits, a 2.0 or higher, and you need to have passed Algebra 1 and Geometry

wow! at my school to graduate wi/ an honors diploma, we need around 50 credits

22!!!!!!!!!!!!!

130---but its 5 credits per course and they have a gay distribution that they make you follow.

we need 21 credits to graduate.

After 4 years you need 220- 5 credits per semester for each course

We need 120 credits. We get 5 for year-long courses, 2.5 per semester course, and extra credits for science/math depending on labs (AP science is 7 credits cause we have lab twice in every four-day cycle; AP calc and all other science classes are 6 credits cause we have lab once in every four-day cycle.

Hehe I'll have 128 credits by the end of this (junior) year. I could graduate early if I wanted.

I don't remember...I think it's 22...but alot of seniors end up having more credits than they actually need by the time they graduate...I have like 24

I think the system at your school is a little different. I'm thinking 2 credits for a year-long class.

At our school, we need 21.

yeah...i forgot that we get one credit/semester, so I guess it's not sooo bad :D

We have block schedules, so ours is 1 credit for each half year (equal to a full year in regular scheduling) course, .5 credits for each quarter year course (with 4 courses in the day)

We need 27 to graduate, but are required to take 8 per year (starting for this year's freshmen), so provided you pass everything, you'd be ready to leave half-way through your senior year.

When I started high school we needed 21 to graduate (with some distribution requirements in there, but it wouldn't put you anywhere close to exceeding 21 unless you wanted to), which you could do in less than 3 years. So I'll be graduating with a lovely 31.5 credits, but early graduation is no longer an option. Blahhhhh

20 credits, but 25 is recommended... though 20 credits means average of 5 classes per year, but our GCs do not allow more than 1 study per year so it would take some clever and devious manuvering to get 20 credits after senior yr

For the standard diploma:
22 credits total
4 English
3 Math
3 Science
3 Social Studies (including 1 World History/Geography, 1 US/Virginia History, and 1 Government)
2 Health/PE
7 Electives

Advance diploma:
24 credits total
4 English
4 Math
4 Science
4 Social Studies (including 1 World History/Geography, 1 US/Virginia History, and 1 Government)
2 Health/PE
3 Foreign Language
3 Electives

Hm... I think we need like 40 credits to graduate (one semester courses are 1 credit, full year courses are 2 cr.). But many people have a lot more by the end.

24 credits for the standard diploma, 24 credits with four AP classes for advanced diploma

120 credits. plus everyone has to pass basic courses such as physics, pre-cal, etc. most people have around 135-140 credits though.

English 20 Credits
Theology 20 Credits
History 15 Credits
Health & Physical Education 12 Credits
Mathematics 20 Credits
Science 18 Credits
Modern Foreign Language 10 Credits
Chorus and Fine Arts 5 Credits
