I wanted to visit several schools in the Boston area. What would be a good amount of time/how many days should be spent at the colleges? Would 2 colleges a day be too much, or even too little?

I was thinking BC, BU, Tufts, MIT, and possibly Harvard

I am not from Boston, but we did a college trip out there, and honestly, I think you could do MIT & Harvard in one day, maybe BU and Tufts the next day, and BC the next day. (Or maybe mix up the order of those last 3. I’ll defer to a Bostonian on the proper order.) We did Tufts and Brandeis in one day and were totally fine. When colleges are close like that, they are very doable IMO. Once you’ve taken the tour and/or info session, walked around the student union, gotten a feel for the town / location, had a bite to eat, what more is there really to do? You either know at that point or you don’t, IMO.

Yes, you can do two a day. MIT and H are right down the street from each other. Tufts is near a T-stop, but a car might be easier to get there. BC is at the end of a T-stop, and on the same line as BU, only a couple of miles away.
