How many EDers have already submitted their application?

41 & counting.
who will be the first user to post a cornell 2013 thread? i wonderr.

so i just got my applicantID and when i sign on and check my application status they say they have not received my application fee...but common app says that the payment was downloaded 10/30/2008.....why is Cornell saying they haven't received it?

takes a few days, happend to me too.

My Guidance Counselor sent the school report and transcript on October 16th... it's still not showing up on the Cornell self-service system (the one you use your ApplicantID to log into)
What should I do?

Be patient. If they still haven't gotten your stuff within the next week or two, call then. But it takes time for them to receive, then process and update your status.

"@completelykate....why would you EVER leave CA for cold cold NY! hah i wish i lived in CA
which college are you applying to?"

I'm applying to CAS! It's really weird, but after seventeen years with NO change in weather ever, I want to go somewhere that actually has a wintertime and a 'changing of the seasons.' I'm just south of LA, and it's basically 80-87 degrees all year long no matter what the month. It gets a little dull after so long.

People all say I'm insane to want to go to upstate NY, but I think it'll be a fun experience. 8) What colleges are the rest of you applying to?

Nah...upstate NY is a great place. I lived there for 17 years...looking for anyway to get back. City life and the New Orleans weather are getting old :-)

kmz, i am applying to AEM too!

yeah, good luck to all you guys. if this was as stressful for you as it was for me, i hope we all get in. :P
